Exchanges

Well this week was pretty crazy.  We had ran out of planners so I spent the majority of the week relying on sticky notes.  In addition to helping Elder Dick figure out the area and all of the people we had exchanges all week. So for 6 days this week I was managing 4 missionaries by myself, with a sticky note to keep track of all the people we needed to see and had met.  Needless to say it was a bit stressful but we made it through.  Monday through Wednesday we had the Traveling Assistants come to our area and that was a lot of fun. I got to spend a day with Elder King who trained me. Then went on Exchanges with my District Leader. And that was pretty solid too.  In addition to doing a lot of tracting we have been meeting with the members pretty consistently.  Trying to help them be better missionaries.  I really enjoy it but it is a lot of slow progress.  As missionaries we have this 6 week perspective on everything.  If it doesn't happen in that amount of time something isn't right.   The problem is that everyone else has a longer term view on things.  Patience is hard when you could leave anytime.

Not a whole lot else going on - it is starting to get hot and nasty here. I dont like it haha
